La Maison des Peches is detached and private, it offers a perfect mixture of comfort and tradition.

Inside our games barn you'll find a range of sports equipment from full size table tennis table, darts,
for outside there's badminton, boules pitch, barbecue,sunbeds and the cottage has a
private above ground 4.5m splash pool to cool down on scorching summer days.

The large salon has a beamed ceiling and 2 comfy sofas for relaxing,
side tables, 2 sets of shelving, high and low and a TV with DVD/CD player.
There is a massive fireplace now with a wood burning stove. A basket of logs is
provided so you can relax watching logs slowly burning on cooler evenings.
An antique oak table offers space to dine in style.

The kitchen is very modern. It includes a halogen hob, dishwasher, microwave,full fan oven
with rotisserie and a large fridge freezer.

The master bedroom has a good quality large 5' bed, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers, 2 bedside lights and a large wardrobe.
There is a full length mirror on the wall and useful hanging hooks for coats etc.
This room overlooks the south facing garden and also has traditional shutters- great for long lazy lie-ins!

The master bedroom is reached though the twin bedroom.

The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, 2 sets of bedside drawers, and a large chest of drawers
as well as wall hooks offering further hanging space.
A traditional window with shutters overlooks the garden and terrace.

The shower room has a modern suite with a powerful shower and a large basin with 'hollywood' lights above the mirror. Towels are provided. There is also an automatic washer.

THE OUTSIDE - COTTAGE IN FRANCE WITH POOL
There is ample room to sit and sunbathe in the sunny garden which extends to nearly one acre.
Or choose to relax in the natural shade of one of the many fruit trees.

Throughout the private grounds, sunbeds, garden tables and chairs are provided,
and there is large stone barbecue for easy al fresco dining.

There are outside lights for sitting out late into the warm summer nights.

A range of sports equipment from full size table tennis table in the games garage,darts,
badminton and a basketball net are provided for your enjoyment.

The cottage even has its own boules pitch and a set of boules is provided.

For those scorching hot days in France, the cottage has an above ground 4.5m splash pool to cool down.

Beyond the terrace the huge garden is tranquil and stocked with a
variety of fruit trees including peaches, cherries, plums,
pears apples, grape vines and walnuts.
You are welcome to eat any fruit in the orchard when you visit.

There is also a second secluded terrace at the back of the cottage
and pretty rural views across the countryside.

Our cottage in france with pool is located on a very very quiet side road with a gated entrance.
There is plenty of private off road parking within the gates.
