HOW TO BOOK
Email click here or telephone 0114 229 50 99 to check availability or to make a provisional booking.
Then we need a deposit of £100.00 to secure your booking.
This can be paid by sending us a cheque made payable to J. Brears, to 207 Tom Lane, Sheffield, S10 3PH,
When we receive this deposit we will reserve those dates just for you and create a firm booking.
We regret that any cancellation by you will result in the loss of this deposit.

Please note, from our experience late holiday deals, cheap france holidays tend to be quite popular and get snapped up quickly.
If you are interested it is better to act quickly to avoid disappointment.
This is not meant to be a sales pitch, it just happens.
By the way we'd rather have put discount instead of cheap but Search Engines prefer the latter!

Full payment is to be made eight weeks before your arrival date.
If booking the cottage within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday, then the full amount will be due immediately.
At this time, in common with other holiday home owners, we also ask for a £100.00 returnable security deposit.
This is to cover breakage/loss/damage and any special/excess cleaning to the cottage or contents.
Guests should leave the cottage clean and tidy and in the same state as they found it when they arrived,
for the comfort of other guests.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Bed linen and Towels are included.
All elecricity is included for the summer months - May to September inclusive.
Normal cleaning between lets on changeover days is included in the cost of your stay.
From October to April the electricity is by meter reading at the standard EDF rate (we don't make money on the electricity).

CHANGEOVER DAY
Changeover day for your holiday is normally on a Saturday.
The cottage is available from 3pm and is to be vacated by 10am on the morning of your departure.
We always endeavour to be as flexible as possible, so if you need a differnt day to fit in with your travel plans
please ask and we may be able to accommodate you - especially at off peak times.

You are welcome to use of any fruit or nuts from the orchard
[availability depends on the season!}

A large basket of logs for the wood burner is provided.

THE SMALL PRINT - INSURANCE

Any cancellations made within eight weeks of the date of your arrival will result in the loss of the full amount payable.
Guests are advised to take out holiday insurance to cover loss of deposit or total holiday price due cancellation.

Guests are also advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance to include cover for personal belongings
and public liability, as this is not covered by the owners.
(Don't forget your E1-11 for free EEC health care, available free of charge at the post office).

The use of the accommodation, equipment or any amenities on site is entirely at the hirer's risk and no
responsibility will be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the guests personally, their belongings, or vehicles.
The owners are not insured for theft, loss or damage of guests' belongings.
The owners are not insured for guests' personal injury or accidents.
